What to do

1. Open WhatsApp Manager / Tecron templates and confirm the template status.
2. Unpause or restore quality after Meta’s pause rules allow it.
3. Switch the send to a different approved template if you cannot wait.
4. Retry only after the template is active again; paused templates will keep failing accept.
